Method # 1
Set-N-Me-Free original Body Wrap Solution Concentrate is still the most popular spa treatment!
1. The concentrated solution of aloe vera and herbs is diluted three parts water to one part Solution.
2. Cotton linen cloth strips are rolled and saturated in the diluted Solution.
3. Next, the concentrate is heated to a hot and steamy 160 degrees.
4. Using thermal gloves (included in the kit), the cotton rolls should be squeezed of excess concentrate for application.
5. Eight to twelve cloths are used to completely cover an average size person.
6. Beginning with the legs, the wrap cloths are applied all the way up to the pelvic area. The client then slips on the vinyl warming suit to keep the body at a comfortable temperature. (1 and 2 pc. suits are included in the kit).
7. Once the client is wrapped completely, he, or she lounges comfortably in the wrappings and warming suit for 45 minutes. A foil sheet-which also comes with the kit, may be used for additional warming. The sheet helps to maintain body warmth and comfort.
8. IMPORTANT: No perspiration should occur during this process as one can actually “sweat out” the ingredients. The measurable size loss noticed immediately after removal of the wrappings is due to the herbs moving the bulky toxins from the fat cells into the lymph system. The client must drink 3-4 liters of water in order to flush the lymph system during the twenty-four hours following the treatment.

Method # 2
The Solution Gel may be applied to the body and wrapped over lightly with one layer of plastic film.
The plastic should not be pulled tight to create a compression. Compression would impede the flow through the lymphatic system. The client should lie comfortably with only one bed sheet or foil sheet to cover so warmth will be minimal to avoid perspiration. The plastic film holds the gel moist for 45 minutes to the skin for continuous penetration. This method shows excellent size loss. When the plastic is removed, the Gel is massaged into the body, leaving the skin clean and supple.
If a laundry facility is not available for the linen Body Wrap Method #1 as described above, then this is a most excellent alternative. For home care treatments, plastic film and gel wraps can easily be done by one’s self.
Method # 3
The Body Wrap Solution Gel may be applied to the body and wrapping may be done with hot, wet, cotton linen. (Wrapping should not be applied tight.) A vinyl warming suit over the cloths will hold body heat without creating perspiration.
This is similar to method #1. The wrap cloths are moistened with water and can be heated in a microwave. Size loss is comparable to method #1.
Method # 4
“Cocoon Wraps” are easy body wrap services that require no measuring. The treatment is both soothing and gratifying. Body Wrap Solution Gel is a light, but condensed version of the Body Wrap Solution Concentrate.
This formulation allows for the same amount of herbs per square inch of body, as the original Body Wrap Solution Concentrate. The Gel is applied after the client is warmed by an electric blanket, tanning bed or hot bath. Body warmth is maintained with a foil or plastic sheet, or cotton bed sheet and solar blanket after the gel has been applied. Again, no perspiration should occur. The electric blanket should be turned off for the 45 minute rest time.
This no-measuring cocoon wrap is an easy add-on treatment for facial clients. This type of wrap requires only about four minutes of labor, a minimal cost for the Solution Gel, and only one cotton sheet to launder.
